Working closely with the Assistant Superintendent, Kara has helped provide WBL training and support for Eastland-Fairfield's Career Tech Planning District. In addition to Work-Based Learning, Kara works with Eastland-Fairfield's Business Partnership Coordinator, counselors and lab instructors to promote the 4-E's (Education, Enlistment, Employment, Entrepreneurship) to students as they prepare for their "Next" after high school graduation.
