Dr. Joseph Glavan is the Director of the Lake Shore Compact, a consortium providing career technical education programming for Euclid, Mentor and Wickliffe school systems in northeast Ohio. Along with his Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Dr. Glavan also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Lake Erie College. His work experience includes more than 10 years in the business sector, which has been extremely beneficial for his role with career technical education. Through strategic collaborations of education, government, and business, Dr. Glavan has been able to expand career technical education opportunities for students and increase the workforce pipeline for employers.
