Hi there!  I'm Chelsea, and I am new to the Ohio Department of Education.  For the last ten years, I've been an ELA teacher in Career-Tech.  Now, I'm 110% CTE!  My true motivation is providing opportunities and support for students who are trying to find and meet their goals.
