A Radical Shift in Ohio Graduation Pathways

With a major shift in the American Education Policy, there's a need to restructure the ways in which we develop and scale work-based learning. While educators redefine readiness, it's crucial to track both CTE concentrators and state compliancy while putting student success at the forefront. We'll address ESSA, Perkins, and WIOA alignment along with the explosion of “choose your adventure” graduation requirements, and ever-changing legislation. We will foster open dialogue to discuss  what it means for a student to truly be career and life ready with specific examples of how districts and intermediaries are scaling WBL and career pathways.
