Data to Actions - Career Tech Data Analytics
In-Depth discussion regarding how RG Drage Career Center completely transformed how it captures follow-up, certifications and capstone data and then uses that data to make actionable decisions using data analytics. Career Tech centers are typically relying on Google Forms, Excel files to track data for State/EMIS reporting. This process however involves manual collection of data from multiple sources, is labor intensive both for teachers and admin staff, prone to errors and is not very efficient. In addition, it is very difficult to understand broader patterns in data and gather metrics to understand which programs are successful or not. This session will discuss how RG Drage Career Tech Center captures, uses historical data with eMoksha Tracker and Analytics platform. This allows them to produce ready-made metrics and data for EMIS/state reporting with click of a button and results in efficiencies across the board for teachers, administrative staff and executives.
