General Session: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Becky Crance and Brenna Bartlett, Office of Career-Technical Education at the Ohio Department of Education will summarize the Perkins V State Plan's emphasis on improving inequitites in access for students in career-technical education and briefly discuss the impact of sharing best practices to benefit all students. 

Dwight Carter, Director of Student Support Systems at Eastland-Fairfied Career & Tech, will discuss the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plan that was implemented to improve gaps in access, engagement and student outcomes. 

Tiffany Jones, Recruitment & Rentention Coordinator at Butler Tech, will discuss the process to restructure the application process and make career-technical education admission accessible for all students.
