In high school, Dan won a national championship for acting...as a mime. He was also nominated for the senior superlative of class clown, but came in second. After his first semester in college he changed his major from Acting because his professor told him he’d never make it because his eyebrows were too expressive for the silver screen.

Dan also never felt like he belonged anywhere. He never felt like he could talk about his struggles as a leader, or even as a human being, for fear of others finding out that he was an impostor. As it turns out he’s not alone, and neither are you.

Dan will share some thoughts and personal stories about not believing the lies of impostor syndrome in an effort to shift our mindsets in order to be brave enough to have the conversations that matter.
