The Cardinal Works program provides technical, on the job training for students who require individualized supports to transition to competitive, integrated employment upon graduation. Students participate in work programs that enable to them to develop work attitudes, values, and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in the world of work.

Cardinal Works is an expansion of our existing adult education program and will be starting in the fall of 2022 . The creation of this program was based on review of our equity data and a desire to close the gap with participation of SPED students in CTE. In addition, Mentor Schools was recently awarded the Equity for Each grant in the amount of $200,000 to increase opportunities for students.
